Watch the 4th of July Fireworks at the National Mall
This year’s Washington DC Fourth of July Celebration events will start at 11:45 am (ET) and end at 9
The National Independence Day Parade starts at 11:45 am on Constitution Avenue NW from 7th Street to 17th Street NW. Marching bands, floats, military units, giant balloons and more will set the tone for a very patriotic, flag-waving extravaganza.
A Capitol Fourth Concert starts at 8 pm (ET) on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol, but gates open at 3 pm. co-sponsored by the National Park Service and the National Symphony Orchestra. Performers this year include John Stamos, Vanessa Williams, Sesame Street and the National Symphony Orchestra.
Fireworks Display begins at 9:07 pm (ET) over the National Mall. They are launched from West Potomac Park and will be visible for miles. They will be cancelled in case of bad weather or high winds. Recommended transportation is the Metro to stations near the mall.
